Title Hill Park Residents Association Inc v Auckland City Council

Description Application for an enforcement order to have a motorway sound barrier removed. Consent for barrier had been non-notified. It reduced noise in botanic gardens, but deflected it towards residents’ properties. Court directed that barrier be removed.
