Description Final Decision C150 / 2003 Reference concerning noise rules in district plan. Community affected by noise from port. Court’s interim decision required a Noise Management Plan to be prepared for the site. Noise measurement, and noise limits, were required to be in accordance with NZ standards NZS 6801:1999 and NZS 6809:1999
