Description Determination re Hectors Dolphins Clifford Bay Marine Farms consent application. Concern over effects on habitat of Hectors Dolphins. Determination so MDC could issue a coastal permit and consent could commence. See previous decisions C113/04 and C131/03. Also subsequent case C123/05 – Extension of boundary sought by applicant. Court declined this, ruled that a new consent application would be required.
