Description Appeal by DOC and 3 public interest groups on decision to grant a consent to Tauranga District Council to remove encroaching mangroves from 4 estuaries of Tauranga Harbour. Decision resulted in limitations being placed on methods used for removal – least environmental impact – hand-held equipment only, no motorised vehicles.
