Description Appeal on consent for lifestyle subdivision. Court found proposal did not meet density control objectives of plan. Would have an adverse effect on local amenity, and potential for reverse sensitivity effects on existing rural activities. Concern over integrity and consistent administration of district plan. Appeal allowed.
