Description Appeal against granting (renewal) of air discharge consent for lead battery recycling plant in Petone. Concerns over allowable levels of lead in emissions. Consent upheld, Court considered that conditions adequate to avoid, remedy, mitigate environmental impacts and public health risks. See also W098/05, consent conditions amended.
