Citizens Advice Bureaux
Introduction
Citizens Advice Bureaux can often help with basic information on the RMA.
There are 87 Citizens Advice Bureaux throughout New Zealand, which means that they may be your most readily available source of advice and help on the RMA if you live in an isolated community. CAB’s overall receive almost 2000 enquiries a year relating to the RMA.
Every CAB should have basic information brochures and resources about the RMA. In larger centres, staff may have attended a training workshop on the RMA. If so, they will be more able to answer questions, or guide you to appropriate sources of information and specialist advice.
